Return/Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted for store
credit within 15 days of purchase/ship date. Only store credit
is granted. Due to the
high volume of customers returning items after wearing them to special
events we have implemented this policy. You will receive an email with your store credit
certificate number. All exchanges will be granted store credit in the
amount of the items, shipping is not refunded.
All exchanged are charged a 10% restocking fee. Due to the

All
exchanges will receive store credit. You can return
items for store credit
if the item is its original packaging
and has not been worn or used.
If the item has been worn no store credit will be
granted and the item will be returned to you.

All Lingerie: Panties, Corsets, Stockings, Lingerie Sets, Petticoats Etc.
All Shoes (Any item that belongs on your feet)
All Accessories: Jewelry/Purses/Backpacks/Wallets/Totes/Belt/ All Hair Items/ Buckles/Belts/Mirrors/Sunglasses/Gloves/Ties/Scarfs/Hats/Umbrellas/Etc.
