Return/Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit within 15 days of purchase/ship date. Only store credit is granted. You will receive an email with your store credit certificate number. All exchanges will be granted store credit in the amount of the items, shipping is not refunded.

All exchanges will be charged a 10% restocking fee. You can return items for store credit if the item is its original packaging and has not been worn or used. If the item has been worn no store credit will be granted and the item will be returned to you.

All Jackets/Coats/Bikinis/Swimsuits/Petticoat Dresses
All Lingerie: Panties, Corsets, Stockings, Lingerie Sets, Petticoats Etc.
All Shoes (Any item that belongs on your feet)
All Jewelry: Earrings/Necklaces/Rings/Bracelets
All Accessories: Purses/Backpacks/Wallets/Totes/Belt/ All Hair Items/ Buckles/Belts/Mirrors/Sunglasses/Gloves/Ties/Scarfs/Hats/Umbrellas/Etc.
All Household items
All Halloween/Christmas/Holiday Costumes
