By approval only we offer returns for store credit within 15 days of purchase.

All Purses/Backpacks/Wallets

All exchanges will be granted store credit in the amount of the items, shipping is not refunded.
All exchanges will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

You can return it for store credit if the item is in original packaging and has not been worn or used. Please contact us before returning merchandise. If merchandise is returned without an authorization code, no store credit will be granted. You must have an authorization number to return any item and receive store credit.
